Attorneys with Hackstaff Gessler have represented clients in state and federal courts all over the United States.  Our attorneys have litigated business disputes, land disputes, disputes between private citizens and governmental entities, and civil rights claims.  Our attorneys have a particular expertise in representing clients in administrative litigation and proceedings at both the state and federal level.

Our litigation philosophy is simple:  Litigate every case as if it is going to trial.  Thorough preparation is the best way to maximize the possibility of success, and it allows our attorneys to accurately assess a case’s strengths and weaknesses.

Recent high-profile cases include:

Holtzman v. Dennis, Case No. 06CV287, District Court, City and County of Denver
