Biography:  Mr. Nicolais concentrates on Renewable Energy, Real Estate Finance and Development for both commercial and residential projects. Mr. Nicolais also works with nonprofit groups to select and create entity structures to meet their goals. Additionally, Mr. Nicolais advises candidates and issue committees on a broad range of election and campaign finance topics.

Prior to joining Hackstaff Gessler, Mr. Nicolais served as a Senior Research Analyst for the Rudy Giuliani Presidential Committee, the Political Director for the 2004 Bob Schaffer for US Senate campaign and a former general consultant for Coffman for Treasurer 2004. Mr. Nicolais also has previous experience working for a tax negotiation firm.
