Biography:  From January through May 2009, John worked with the consulting firm NEO-West LLC to complete a study for the Colorado Governor’s Energy Office regarding potential future development of photovoltaic solar energy in Colorado.

Prior to working with Neo West LLC, Mr. Cutler clerked at Whitfield & Eddy PLC in Des Moines, and the Iowa Office of the Attorney General. In 2004, John worked  with the Environmental Protection Agency developing a report evaluating the effectiveness of state renewable energy programs.
