Leeann M. Harness, Office Administrator, Paralegal
Ms. Harness received her paralegal certification in 1984. Since that time she has worked for several attorneys, gaining experience in many areas of law.  She spent a number of years as a small business owner and IT Specialist before returning to the legal field.  She joined Mr. Hackstaff in 2003 and works primarily with the transactional team.

In addition, Ms. Harness serves as the  IT Manager for the firm.




Joanna Bila, Paralegal

Ms. Bila is a Colorado native and has a legal career spanning 15 years. After received her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies in 1997, she has specialized in the areas of litigation, real estate, local government law, probate and estate planning. Ms. Bila is also a member of the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association (RMPA) and the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). In addition to her legal career, Ms. Bila has also worked as a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.
